Notice of Revised Terms of Use for Japanese Dining Akafuji (Effective March 1, 2026)
Effective March 1, 2026, our on-site dining venue “Japanese Dining Akafuji” will revise its policy to allow children under elementary school age to dine with their parents.
Please review the following details regarding your visit.
■Regarding Children's Meals
・Elementary school children will be served the same course meal as adults.
・For preschool children, if you include them in your reservation count as “Meal Included / No Bedding,” a children's plate will be prepared for dinner.
※If bedding is required, please contact us via email or phone after making your reservation.
・For children aged 2 and under requiring “no bedding” and “no meal,” please do not include them in the reservation count. Instead, note their number in the remarks section.
■ Regarding Reservation Count (Important)
As Akafuji Japanese Dining operates on a strict reservation-only basis, we cannot accommodate changes to the number of guests on the day of your visit.
Please ensure you correctly input the total number of guests, including children, when making your reservation.
■ Seating Arrangements
Seating will be assigned by the hotel staff and may be either counter seats or table seats.
We regret that we cannot accommodate specific seating requests.
※ Reservations including preschool-aged children will be available via our official website and various booking sites starting around late February 2026. We appreciate your patience.
