レークビュー貸切風呂 入浴介助リフトの利用に関して
館内の貸切風呂「レークビュー貸切風呂」の入浴介助リフトについて、以下の条件の確認をお願いしております。
安全のため何卒ご理解いただきますようお願い申し上げます。
①移乗等の介助およびリフトの操作はすべてお客様ご自身にお願いしております。（ホテルスタッフは説明のみ致します。操作や介助は致しかねます。）
②水圧式リフトのため、体重80㎏以下の方のみご利用いただけます。
③座位を保持できる方のみご利用いただけます。（リフトには簡易的なひじ掛けと腰ベルトはございます。）
④リフトに乗ってお風呂の縁を乗り越える際、足の曲げ伸ばしの動作が多少必要になります。（お連れ様に介助いただいてもまったく足が曲げ伸ばしできない場合、ご利用いただけません。）
⑤リフトをご利用予定の場合、チェックイン時または貸切風呂利用時に利用同意書にサインいただいております。
⑥基本の利用時間は1時間です。料金は1時間あたり4,400円です。
時間枠に限りがあるため、事前予約を推奨いたします。（車椅子利用者等、特別な事情がある方のみ事前予約を承っています。）
① All transfer assistance and lift operation must be performed by the guest themselves. (Hotel staff will only provide instructions. We cannot perform operations or provide assistance.)
② As this is a water-pressure lift, it is only available for individuals weighing 80 kg (176 lbs) or less.
③ Only individuals who can maintain a seated position may use the lift. (The lift includes simple armrests and a waist belt.)
④ When transferring from the lift over the bath rim, some leg flexion and extension is required. (If you cannot flex or extend your legs at all, even with assistance from a companion, you cannot use the lift.)
⑤ If you plan to use the lift, you must sign a consent form at check-in or when using the private bath.
⑥ The standard usage time is 1 hour. The fee is ¥4,400 per hour.
Due to limited time slots, advance reservations are recommended. (Advance reservations are only accepted for individuals with special circumstances, such as wheelchair users.)
