ディナービュッフェに関するお願い

①【食物アレルギーをお持ちのお客様へ】
富士レークホテルでは、お客様の安全に最優先に考え、食物アレルギーをお持ちのお客様用メニューの作成、アレルゲンの表記は控えさせていただいております。
お食事は主にビュッフェ形式となるため、様々なメニューを同一の厨房、同一の調理器具で調理しており、加工・調理過程において提供する食品にアレルギー物質が微量に混入する可能性がございます。ビュッフェの特性上、ご使用いただく菜箸・トング等の共有があること、食器等の洗浄も同一の場所、同一の洗浄機で行っておりますので、アレルゲンの混入を完全に防ぐことはできません。
恐れ入りますが、お客様におかれましては上記をご理解のうえ、お客様ご自身で最終的な喫食のご判断をお願い申し上げます。
※お客様の安全を最優先しアレルギーをお持ちのお客様に限り、安全な食品(アレルゲンフリーレトルトなど)・食器類のお持ち込みを可能とさせていただいております。
お持ち込みの際はご予めご予約時にお申し付けください。
①【For guests with food allergies】
Fuji Lake Hotel places the utmost priority on the safety of our guests and refrains from preparing menus for guests with food allergies or indicating allergens on the menus.
Since meals are mainly buffet style, a variety of dishes are prepared in the same kitchen with the same cooking equipment, and there is a possibility that a small amount of allergenic substances may be mixed in the food served during the processing and cooking process.
Due to the nature of the buffet, chopsticks, tongs, and other utensils are shared, and dishes are washed in the same place and by the same washing machine, so it is impossible to completely prevent allergens from being mixed in.
We ask that all customers understand the above and make their own final decision on what to eat.
For the safety of our guests, we allow only those guests with allergies to bring in safe food (e.g., allergen-free retort pouch) and tableware.
Please let us know if you wish to bring in such items when you make your reservation.

夕食営業 18:00~21:00営業終了
※最終入店は19:30
※90分間までの食べ放題・飲み放題(生ビール・国産ワイン・焼酎・ウイスキー・ソフトドリンクなど)となります。
※料理提供時間は20:30まで、ドリンク提供時間は20:50までとなりますのでご了承くださいませ。
※最終入店時間19:30を過ぎた場合は、食事の提供は致しかねます。 (その場合のお食事代金の返金は致しかねます。)
※ご到着が19:30を過ぎる場合には、ホテルへ直接ご連絡をお願い致します。
※90分間の保証は出来かねますが、営業時間内で料理提供をさせて頂きます。(但し、お客様が少ない時は閉店時間を変更する場合がございますのでご了承ください。例）18:00~20:00など)
②【Dinner Buffet Dining Hours】
Dinner hours: 18:00~21:00
Last entry at 19:30
*All-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink (draft beer, domestic wine, shochu, whiskey, soft drinks, etc.) for up to 90 minutes.
Please note that food will be served until 20:30 and drinks until 20:50.
Please note that food will not be served after the last entry time of 19:30. (In such case, we will not be able to refund the price of the meal.)
*Please contact the hotel directly if your arrival is after 19:30.
*We cannot guarantee 90 minutes, but we will serve food during business hours. (However, please note that we may change the closing time if there are not enough guests. Example: 18:00~20:00, etc.)
